Calming your mind, strengthening and opening your body

Experiencing greater inner peace

Do you feel stressed or anxious? Is your mind too active? Do you sometimes feel uncomfortable in your own skin?

Life can be challenging, we often feel overwhelmed by it, not knowing what to do or how to react. When we feel stressed or anxious our bodies don’t function well and our emotions tend to take over. We become less joyful, less alive.

That reflects in our relationship to people close to you and the broader world around you. Since childhood we have learned so much; math, languages, biology, economy, you name it. But did anyone teach you how to deal with yourself? What to do with your mind that can be a bit too active, your emotions, your wellbeing?

But I have more important things to do than working on myself!

Maybe you don’t want to focus on yourself, because there are problems around you that are much bigger and more important that you want to solve. But doesn’t real change start with yourself?

Imagine a colleague walking into the office. He is really stressed, the air feels thick with tension. You don’t know what’s up. Did you say something wrong? Or is he just in a bad mood? You feel yourself tensing up, your breathing becomes a bit more shallow and you’re tensing your jaw.

Just notice how you get influenced by what’s happening around you, and how you can influence others just by your own state of being. You can choose to become a happier and more relaxed version of yourself and spread that out into the world.

I used to be someone who was always worrying about something. Insecure and restless, I traveled around ‘looking for myself’..

Until I ended up at a yoga house in Guatemala, where I started practicing yoga twice a day, every single day. What I noticed is that by doing these daily yoga practices, I become a better version of myself.

Feeling more balanced, at ease in my own skin and because of that also with the people around me and with everything else that’s going on in the world.

Do you want to

Stop feeling drained?

Experience inner peace?

Build functional strength?

Become flexible?

Yoga. Anytime. Anywhere.

Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, whatever is going on around you, yoga teaches you that there is this inner place that is always there. Whether it is to remind yourself to take a deep breath when you’re about to overreact to something, or to move your body when your mind is taking over.

We are so used to living in our heads these days, that we forget there is more to life. By moving your body, breathing and focusing you can feel the life energies being present within yourself.

With this yoga program you will learn more about yourself, dedicating the time and effort to practice will reflect back to you and the people around you. Notice your body getting stronger, more flexible and your mind getting more balanced and focused. Finding your own inner peace.

Exploring your own practice

I’m Sara. I’m not here to teach you, but to guide you in your own practice with an open mind and an open heart.

It hurts me to see so many people fighting with themselves and struggling with the world around them, because I recognize myself in it, and it is so unnecessary. You don't have to be your own problem.

Let's make this world a better place together
